The annual fee payable to access our services is 1.5-2.5% of your annual rent + a one-time $6.99 fee for the BIC report.
The tenant is responsible for paying this fee.
The amount of coverage (deposit) must be determined by the landlord. In most instances, we see landlords requiring a guarantee in the amount of up to at least 3 months’ worth of rent.
As an example, if you were to get a $5000 guarantee, the cost of this coverage would be roughly $600 for the tenant.
