My building/unit was sold. How do I transfer the guarantee to another landlord?

The Rent & Damage guarantee is transferable between landlords. In the case that a new landlord has taken ownership of your unit, you can reach out to us with their information and we will make the changes internally. A revised version of the contract will be issued to the tenant and new landlord.
